Hundreds of anti-government protesters clashed with supporters of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic late on Sunday. The incident took place in downtown Belgrade, where pro-government and opposition groups held large rallies. According to eyewitnesses, several people were injured during the clashes. Police used tear gas to disperse the crowd. Authorities called the protesters' actions a provocation, while the opposition accused law enforcement of brutally suppressing a peaceful demonstration.
